Risol dan Martabak Mini

Varian isinya hampir sama. Berisi daging cincang dan sayuran seperti wortel dan kentang. Pada martabak biasanya diberi irisan daun bawang dalam campuran isinya yang hanya berupa daging. Perbedaanya terletak pada kulitnya.

Kulit risol yang terbuat dari adonan tepung terigu seperti kulit dadar telur, dibungkus atau dibalur tepung panir diseluruh badan risol. Sedangkan kulit martabak merupakan kulit lumpia yang tipis, juga terbuat dari terigu.

Sama enaknya jika dimakan dengan saus sambal maupun cabai rawit. Bisa dijadikan alternatif sarapan pagi atau sebagai camilan sore hari ditemani secangkir teh hangat.
